In accordance with its Order of Reference of Wednesday, October 22, 1997, your Committee has considered Bill C-5, An Act respecting cooperatives, and has agreed, on Thursday, November 20, 1997, to report it with the following amendments:	Conformément à son Ordre de renvoi du mercredi, 22 octobre 1997, votre Comité a étudié le projet de loi C-5, Loi régissant les coopératives, et a convenu le jeudi 20 novembre 1997 d’en faire rapport avec les amendements suivants :
