In accordance with its Order of Reference of Thursday, May 18, 2017, your Committee has considered Bill S-233, An Act to amend the Customs Act and the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (presentation and reporting requirements), and agreed on Wednesday, June 7, 2017, to report it with the following amendment:
Clause 7 That Bill S-233, in Clause 7, be amended by replacing, in the English version, line 17 on page 4 with the following: “side Canada and then leaves Canada, as long as” |
