Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the subcommittee on Monday, January 26, 2026, the subcommittee commenced its study of global impact of transnational repression.

The witnesses made statements and answered questions.

At 5:08 p.m., the meeting was suspended.

At 5:21 p.m., the meeting resumed in camera.

The subcommittee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to subcommittee business.

It was agreed, — That, pursuant to Standing Order 108(1), the subcommittee hold a briefing with the Organisation des Citoyens pour une Nouvelle Haïti; and that 30 minutes of additional time be added to an existing meeting for the briefing.

At 5:29 p.m., the subcommittee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
