Pursuant to Standing Order 107(1), the subcommittee resumed its study on budget submissions.

It was agreed, — That the Standing Committee on Veterans Affairs be granted a study budget of $10,500.00 for its study of monitoring of the rehabilitation services contract awarded to PCVRS.

It was agreed, — That the Standing Committee on Agriculture and Agri-Food be granted a study budget of $11,150.00 for its study of reference prices in the beef and pork supply chains.

It was agreed, — That the Standing Committee on Agriculture and Agri-Food be granted a supplementary study budget of $1,500.00 for its study of government’s regulatory reform initiative in agriculture and agri-food sector.

It was agreed, — That the Standing Committee on Canadian Heritage be granted a supplementary study budget of $2,500.00 for its study of the effects of influencers and social media content on children and adolescents.

It was agreed, — That the Standing Committee on Canadian Heritage be granted a study budget of $37,100.00 for its study of the state of the journalism and media sectors.

It was agreed, — That the Standing Committee on Citizenship and Immigration be granted a supplementary study budget of $1,500.00 for its study of international student program and study permits.

It was agreed, — That the Standing Committee on Access to Information, Privacy and Ethics be granted a study budget of $2,500.00 for its study of the state of access to information in Canada.

It was agreed, — That the Standing Committee on Access to Information, Privacy and Ethics be granted a supplementary study budget of $2,000.00 for its review of the Conflict of Interest Act.

It was agreed, — That the Standing Committee on the Status of Women be granted a supplementary study budget of $1,000.00 for its study of antifeminist ideology.

It was agreed, — That the Standing Committee on the Status of Women be granted a study budget of $17,150.00 for its consideration of Bill C-225, An Act to amend the Criminal Code.

It was agreed, — That the Standing Committee on Finance be granted a study budget of $41,300.00 for its consideration of Bill C-15, An act to implement certain provisions of the budget tabled in Parliament on November 4, 2025.

It was agreed, — That the Standing Committee on Fisheries and Oceans be granted a supplementary study budget of $15,750.00 for its review of the Fisheries Act.

It was agreed, — That the Standing Committee on Health be granted a study budget of $29,500.00 for its study of Canada’s pharmaceutical sovereignty.

It was agreed, — That the Standing Committee on Health be granted a supplementary study budget of $2,500.00 for its study of the impact of immigration policy on healthcare and barriers to integrating internationally trained professionals.

It was agreed, — That the Standing Committee on Human Resources, Skills and Social Development and the Status of Persons with Disabilities be granted a study budget of $46,200.00 for its study of subject matter of clause 571 (Division 34), clauses 573 to 575 (Division 36), and clause 599 (Division 44) of Bill C‑15, An Act to implement certain provisions of the budget tabled in Parliament on November 4, 2025.

It was agreed, — That the Standing Committee on Official Languages be granted a study budget of $21,800.00 for its consideration of the proposed official languages administrative monetary penalties regulations.

It was agreed, — That the Standing Committee on Official Languages be granted a study budget of $33,300.00 for its consideration of the Official Languages (advancement of equality of status and use of English and French) Regulations.

It was agreed, — That the Standing Committee on National Defence be granted a study budget of $31,900.00 for its study of the Inflection Point 2025 and the modernization of the Canadian Army.

It was agreed, — That the Standing Committee on Government Operations and Estimates be granted a supplementary study budget of $2,800.00 for its study of the response from the government to the motion for the production of papers adopted on Monday, October 20, 2025, about contracts with Stellantis.

It was agreed, — That the Standing Committee on Government Operations and Estimates be granted a supplementary study budget of $1,500.00 for its study of the situation at Canada Post.

It was agreed, — That the Standing Committee on Government Operations and Estimates be granted a study budget of $6,000.00 for its study of the subject matter of clauses 195 to 199 (Division 2), clauses 203 to 209 (Division 5), clauses 210 to 216 (Division 6), clauses 217 to 222 (Division 7), and clause 592 (Division 40) of Bill C-15, An Act to implement certain provisions of the budget tabled in Parliament on November 4, 2025.

It was agreed, — That the Standing Committee on Public Accounts be granted a supplementary study budget of $1,000.00 for its consideration of Report 5, Professional Services Contracts, of the 2024 Reports 5 to 7 of the Auditor General of Canada.

It was agreed, — That the Standing Committee on Procedure and House Affairs be granted a study budget of $4,250.00 for its study of challenges regarding special ballot voting.

It was agreed, — That the Standing Committee on Procedure and House Affairs be granted a study budget of $2,500.00 for its study of foreign election interference.

It was agreed, — That the Standing Committee on Natural Resources be granted a study budget of $43,100.00 for its study of management of Canadian Nuclear Laboratories by U.S. Companies.

It was agreed, — That the Standing Committee on Natural Resources be granted a study budget of $36,200.00 for its study of Canadian energy exports.

It was agreed, — That the Standing Committee on Public Safety and National Security be granted a study budget of $18,700.00 for its consideration of Bill C-8, An Act respecting cyber security, amending the Telecommunications Act and making consequential amendments to other Acts.

It was agreed, — That the Standing Committee on Public Safety and National Security be granted a study budget of $15,000.00 for its consideration of Bill C 12, An Act respecting certain measures relating to the security of Canada's borders and the integrity of the Canadian immigration system and respecting other related security measures.

It was agreed, — That the Standing Committee on Public Safety and National Security be granted a study budget of $31,500.00 for its study of Canada’s ability to remove foreign nationals with criminal record.

It was agreed, — That the Standing Committee on Science and Research be granted a study budget of $41,050.00 for its study of artificial intelligence.

It was agreed, — That the Standing Committee on Science and Research be granted a study budget of $37,050.00 for its study of governance and accountability of federal science policy and institutions.

It was agreed, — That the Standing Committee on Transport, Infrastructure and Communities be granted a supplementary study budget of $5,500.00 for its study of changing landscape of truck drivers in Canada.

It was agreed, — That the Standing Committee on International Trade be granted a travel budget of $125,077.12 to travel to Washington, D.C., United States of America; and Detroit metropolitan area, Michigan, United States of America, in the Winter – Spring of 2026, in relation to its study of Canada and the forthcoming CUSMA review.

It was agreed, — That the Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs and International Development be granted a travel budget of $73,237.49 to travel to Washington, D.C., United States of America, in the Winter - Spring of 2026, in relation to its study of Canada’s Arctic Strategy.

It was agreed, — That the Standing Committee on National Defence be granted a travel budget of $114,096.38 to travel to Yellowknife, Northwest Territories; Inuvik, Northwest Territories; and Tuktoyaktuk, Northwest Territories, in the Summer of 2026, in relation to its study of North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) modernization, provided that the budget be reduced to include a maximum of six members.
