Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Thursday, September 18, 2025, the committee resumed its study of the development of critical minerals in Canada.

It was agreed, — That notwithstanding the routine motions, a second round of questioning of six minutes for each party be added after the first round.

David Cataford made a statement and answered questions.

John Mullally made a statement and answered questions.

Chad Ulansky made a statement and answered questions.

Sandeep Singh made a statement and answered questions.

At 12:17 p.m., the meeting was suspended.

At 12:24 p.m., the meeting resumed.

Questioning of the witnesses resumed.

At 1:09 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
