Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(a)(vi) and the motion adopted by the committee on Thursday, October 23, 2025, the committee resumed its study on the challenges regarding special ballot voting.

The committee resumed consideration of a draft report.

At 12:49 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
