The Chair called Vote 5C under Canada Post Corporation.

Arianne Reza and Scott Jones made statements and, with the other witnesses, answered questions.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(c) and the motion adopted by the committee on Thursday, February 12, 2026, the committee resumed its study of the comprehensive expenditure review.

Gregory Harlow, Sharon DeSousa et Sean O'Reilly made statements and, with the other witnesses, answered questions.

It was agreed, — That, given the technical issues making it impossible for the witnesses from the Public Service Alliance of Canada to appear today, the clerk be instructed to invite them to appear again at a future meeting.

At 1:05 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
