Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(c), the committee resumed its study of response from the government to the motion for the production of papers adopted on Monday, October 20, 2025, about contracts with Stellantis.

Philip Jennings made a statement and, with the other witnesses, answered questions.

Motion

Jeremy Patzer moved, — That the redacted contract, as well as the two amendments thereto, also redacted, between the government and Stellantis received in response to the motion for production of papers adopted on Monday, October 20, 2025, be classified as public.

After debate, the question was put on the motion and it was agreed to on the following recorded division:

YEAS: Kelly Block, Vince Gasparro, Tamara Jansen, Iqra Khalid, Sébastien Lemire, Jeremy Patzer, Pauline Rochefort, Jenna Sudds — 8;

NAYS: — 0.

It was agreed, — That the proposed budget in the amount of $2,800, for the study of the response from the government to the motion for the production of papers adopted on Monday, October 20, 2025, about contracts with Stellantis, be adopted.

At 11:57 a.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
