Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(c) the committee commenced its study of response from the government to the motion for the production of papers adopted on Monday, October 20, 2025, about contracts with Stellantis.

Philip Jennings made a statement and, with the other witnesses, answered questions.

On motion of Iqra Khalid, it was agreed, — That representatives from Stellantis Inc. appear before the committee for at least one hour to discuss the government response to the motion for the production of papers adopted on Monday, October 20, 2025, about contracts with Stellantis, provided that if they do not appear on or before Thursday, December 4, a summons be issued for them to testify before this committee for at least one hour on Tuesday, December 9, 2025.

It was agreed, — That the proposed budget in the amount of $1,750, for the study of the response from the government to the motion for the production of papers adopted on Monday, October 20, 2025, about contracts with Stellantis, be adopted.

It was agreed, — That the clerk be instructed to distribute to members the Report of the Industrial Inquiry Commission on Canada Post (the Kaplan Report) prior to the scheduled appearance of the President and Chief Executive Officer of Canada Post in December.

At 12:48 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
