Louis Béland and Pier-Luc Brousseau made statements and, with Carl Monette, answered questions.
At 11:56 a.m., the meeting was suspended.
At 12:04 p.m., the meeting resumed.
Sylvain Chamberland made a statement and answered questions.
It was agreed, — That the title for the study of the quota of French-language music imposed on French-language media now be “Quota of French-language Music Imposed on French-language Radio Media”.
It was agreed, — That the proposed budget in the amount of $12,600, for the study of the use of French in government communications and in federal institutions, be adopted.
It was agreed, — That the proposed budget in the amount of $13,700, for the study of the quota of French-language music imposed on French-language Radio Media, be adopted.
At 12:58 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
