| Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted on Monday, February 23, 2026, your committee has agreed to report the following: The Standing Committee on Human Resources, Skills and Social Development and the Status of Persons with Disabilities requests that government reconsider its policy in the distribution of student grants based on the type of regulated institution where students are studying. The federal government should align with decisions about eligible institutions made by the provinces and territories. |
