Minutes of Proceedings
It was agreed, — That, notwithstanding the routine motion governing the time allocated to parties for questioning of witnesses, the Bloc Québécois be granted six minutes during the second round of questioning for meetings with a single two-hour panel.
At 11:10 a.m., the meeting was suspended.
At 11:13 a.m., the meeting resumed.
