Minutes of Proceedings
It was agreed, — That the proposed supplementary budget in the amount of $2,000, for the study of the role and capacity of women's shelters and transitional housing to support women and girls in Canada, be adopted.
Pnina Alon-Shenker, Roberta Heale and Amy Flood made statements and answered questions.
At 4:16 p.m., pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the committee continue to sit.
Questioning of the witnesses resumed.
At 4:35 p.m., pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), the meeting was suspended.
At 4:51 p.m., the meeting resumed.
Colleen Norris, Julie Drapeau and Aimee Debow made statements and answered questions.
At 5:25 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
