Weldon Epp made a statement and, with Valérie Samaan, Darren Smith, Col Jérôme Patry and Inderjit Nijjar, answered questions.
It was agreed, — That the proposed budget in the amount of $500, for the study of the mandate of the Ambassador of Canada to the United States, be adopted.
It was agreed, — That the proposed budget in the amount of $22,500, for the study of the review of Canada’s Indo-Pacific strategy, be adopted.
It was agreed, — That the committee hold an informal meeting with a delegation from Kosovo on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, and that the committee authorize the incurring of hospitality expenses for this meeting.
At 5:10 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
