Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, the committee resumed its study of Canada’s response to Russia's illegal invasion of Ukraine.

Mykola Kuleba and Caitlin Howarth made statements and answered questions.

At 12:05 p.m., the meeting was suspended.

At 12:11 p.m., the meeting resumed.

Ihor Michalchyshyn made a statement and, with Orest Zakydalsky, answered questions.

At 12:37 p.m., the meeting was suspended.

At 12:43 p.m., the meeting resumed in camera.

The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

It was agreed, — That, for the meeting of Thursday, November 27, 2025, should the Vice-Chairs be absent, the Committee designate MP Anita Vandenbeld as Acting Chair.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, the committee resumed its study of the situation in Haiti and Canada's response.

The committee proceeded to give drafting instructions to the analysts for a draft report

At 1:11 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
