On motion of Patrick Bonin, it was agreed, — That Shannon Miedema be elected Chair of the committee.
Charles Séguin, Dale Beugin, and Etienne Rainville made statements and answered questions.
At 4:34 p.m., the meeting was suspended.
At 4:44 p.m., the meeting resumed.
By unanimous consent, it was agreed, — That the committee do now adjourn.
At 5:23 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
