On motion of Peter Fonseca, it was agreed, — That Gabriel Ste-Marie be elected as Second Vice-Chair of the committee.
Joseph Maloney, Dany Larochelle, and Nancy Malone made statements and answered questions.
At 12:05 p.m., the meeting was suspended.
At 12:10 p.m., the meeting resumed.
Matthew Holmes, Catherine Fortin LeFaivre, Lucas Malinowski, Troy Zanatta, and Tom Witowich made statements and answered questions.
