Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Thursday, September 18, 2025, the committee resumed its study of food security in the face of global instability.

Patrice Léger Bourgoin, Marcus Janzen, Julie Paillat and Christian Hébert made statements and answered questions.

At 11:50 a.m., pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the committee continue to sit.

Questioning of the witnesses resumed.

At 12:14 p.m., the meeting was suspended.

At 12:36 p.m., the meeting resumed.

Tyler McCann, Michael Graydon and Karen Proud made statements and answered questions.

At 1:20 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
