At 12:00 p.m., the meeting was suspended.
At 12:13 p.m., the meeting resumed.
Vincent Audet, Cedric MacLeod, Douglas Miller, and Bruce Burrows made a statement and, with Kate Sauser, answered questions.
At 1:07 p.m., pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the committee continue to sit.
At 1:18 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
