Determination of Non-votable Items Pursuant to Standing Order 91.1(1)
Pursuant to Standing Order 91.1(1), the subcommittee considered the items placed in the order of precedence to determine whether they were non-votable according to the criteria adopted by the Standing Committee on Procedure and House Affairs.

It was agreed, — That all items placed on the order of precedence on Thursday, May 19, Friday, June 10, Monday, June 13, Wednesday, June 15, and Monday, June 20, 2022, remain votable.

It was agreed, — That the subcommittee present a report listing those items which it has determined should not be designated non-votable and recommending that they be considered by the House.

It was agreed, — That the Chair report the subcommittee's findings to the Standing Committee on Procedure and House Affairs as soon as possible.

At 1:20 p.m., the subcommittee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
