Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Thursday, March 3, 2022, the committee resumed its study of assessment of Canada’s security posture in relation to Russia.

Gen Wayne D. Eyre and Caroline Xavier made statements and, with VAdm J.R. Auchterlonie, MGen Michael Wright and Sami Khoury, answered questions.

At 12:03 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:15 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

It was agreed, — That, in relation to the access to information request received by the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC) and communicated to the Committee on Friday, June 17, 2022, the Committee instruct the clerk to authorize disclosure of Committee documents contained in the said request.

At 1:01 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
