Pursuant to the order of reference of Monday, October 31, 2022, the committee commenced consideration of Bill C-9, An Act to amend the Judges Act.

The Minister made a statement and, with the other witnesses, answered questions.

At 4:34 p.m., the sitting resumed.

It was agreed, — That the deadline to submit amendments for Bill C-9, An Act to amend the Judges Act, be Monday, November 28, 2022 at 6 p.m.

At 5:22 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
