Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(h) and the motion adopted by the committee on Monday, October 3, 2022, the committee commenced its study of use of public funds in relation to the Roxham Road crossing.

Stéphan Déry and Jonathan Moor made statements and, with the other witnesses, answered questions.

At 4:44 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:47 p.m., the sitting resumed.

It was agreed, — That Pierre Guay be permitted to be assisted by his counsel when he appears in relation to the study of use of public funds in relation to the Roxham Road crossing.

Pierre Guay made a statement and answered questions.

Motion

Matthew Green moved, — That notwithstanding the motion adopted on Monday, October 3, 2022, in relation to the study of use of public funds in relation to the Roxham Road crossing, the committee dedicate no further meetings to the testimony of witnesses.

After debate, the question was put on the motion and it was agreed to.

At 5:32 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
