Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the subcommittee on Tuesday, October 20, 2020, the subcommittee resumed its study of the human rights situation of the Uyghurs.

The subcommittee proceeded to the consideration of the draft report

It was agreed, — That the draft report, as amended, be adopted.

It was agreed, — That the report be entitled: "The Human Rights Situation of the Uyghurs in Xinjiang, China".

It was agreed, — That the Chair, clerk and analysts be authorized to make such grammatical and editorial changes as may be necessary without changing the substance of the report.

ORDERED, — That the Chair present the report to the Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs and International Development.

It was agreed, — That the clerk and analysts, in consultation with the Chair, prepare a news release for publication on the subcommittee’s website and for distribution upon presentation of the report to the House.

At 7:42 p.m., the subcommittee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
