The committee resumed consideration of a draft report.
It was agreed, — That the draft report, as amended, be adopted.
It was agreed, — That the report be entitled: "Taxation of E-Commerce".
It was agreed, — That the Chair, clerk and analysts be authorized to make such grammatical and editorial changes as may be necessary without changing the substance of the report.
It was agreed, — That, pursuant to Standing Order 109, the committee request that the government table a comprehensive response to the report.
ORDERED, — That the Chair present the report to the House.
It was agreed, — That the analysts and the clerk, in consultation with the Chair, prepare a news release for publication on the committee’s website and for distribution upon presentation of the report to the House.

At 12:13 p.m., the sitting was suspended.
At 12:15 p.m., the sitting resumed.
It was agreed, — That the committee invite the Auditor General to appear in camera for a briefing on the subject matter of recent media articles.
It was agreed, — That the clerk inform each witness who is to appear before the committee that the House administration support team must conduct technical tests to check the connectivity and the equipment used to ensure the best possible sound quality; and that the chair advise the committee, at the start of each meeting, of any witness who did not perform the required technical tests.
It was agreed, — That all documents submitted for committee business that do not come from a federal department, a member’s office or that have not been translated by the Translation Bureau be sent for prior linguistic review by the Translation Bureau before being distributed to members.
It was agreed, — That the committee undertake studies of the four reports that the Auditor General will table in the House on Thursday, March 25, 2021, once they have been referred to it, before studying the five reports referred to it on Thursday, February 25, 2021, and that once it has completed those studies, or before if witnesses are unavailable for one of them, it will study the report on access to safe drinking water in First Nation communities referred to it on February 25, 2021.
By unanimous consent, it was agreed, — That the following budgets be adopted:
A proposed budget in the amount of $ 1,450.00 for the study of Report 1, Procuring Complex Information Technology Solutions, of the 2021 Reports of the Auditor General of Canada.
A proposed budget in the amount of $ 1,450.00 for the study of Report 2, National Shipbuilding Strategy, of the 2021 Reports of the Auditor General of Canada.
A proposed budget in the amount of $ 1,450.00 for the study of Report 3, Access to Safe Drinking Water in First Nations Communities—Indigenous Services Canada, of the 2021 Reports of the Auditor General of Canada.
A proposed budget in the amount of $ 1,450.00 for the study of Report 4, Canada Child Benefit—Canada Revenue Agency, of the 2021 Reports of the Auditor General of Canada.
A proposed budget in the amount of $ 1,450.00 for the study of Report 5, Follow-up Audit on Rail Safety—Transport Canada, of the 2021 Reports of the Auditor General of Canada.
At 1:04 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
