Pursuant to Standing Order 81(4) and the motion adopted by the committee on Thursday, October 8, 2020, the committee resumed consideration of the Main Estimates 2020-21: Vote 1 under Canada Post Corporation, Vote 1 under Canada School of Public Service, Vote 1 under Canadian Intergovernmental Conference Secretariat, Vote 1 under Canadian Transportation Accident Investigation and Safety Board, Votes 1 and 5 under Department of Public Works and Government Services, Votes 1 and 5 under National Capital Commission, Vote 1 under Office of the Governor General's Secretary, Vote 1 under Office of the Parliamentary Budget Officer, Vote 1 under Office of the Public Sector Integrity Commissioner, Vote 1 under Privy Council Office, Vote 1 under Public Service Commission, Vote 1 under Senate, and Votes 1 and 5 under Shared Services Canada, Votes 1, 5, 10, 20, 25, 30 and 35 under Treasury Board Secretariat, referred to the committee on Wednesday, September 30, 2020.

The Chair called Vote 1 under Shared Services Canada.

The Minister made a statement and, with Marc Brouillard, Samantha Hazen and Paul Glover, answered questions.

At 4:37 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:38 p.m., the sitting resumed.

The questioning of the witnesses continued.

The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

It was agreed, — That, in the context of the committee's study of the government's response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the work plan be amended and that the committee invite the witnesses suggested for the first five meetings of the work plan to appear.

At 5:47 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
