Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Thursday, April 29, 2021, the committee resumed its study of enforcement on First Nations reserves.

Robert Louie, Leroy Daniel Denny, Doris Bill, Garrison Settee, Michael Anderson and Heidi Cook made statements and, with Andrew Beynon, answered questions.

At 12:48 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:52 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

The committee proceeded to give drafting instructions to the analysts for a draft report.

At 1:07 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
