Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the committee commenced consideration of the subject matter of Bill C-15, An Act respecting the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples.

Dale Swampy, Terry Teegee and Harold Calla made statements and answered questions.

At 12:00 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:13 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Abel Bosum and Dillon Johnson made statements and, with Kunuk Inutiq and Tina Petawabano, answered questions.

It was agreed, — That the committee sit past 1:00 p.m. to complete rounds of questions with witnesses.

Ghislain Picard made a statement.

Questioning of the witnesses resumed.

At 1:15 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
