Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Wednesday, October 28, 2020, the committee resumed its study of review of the employment insurance program.

Marie-Hélène Dubé and Pierre Céré made statements and answered questions.

At 4:31 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:43 p.m., the sitting resumed.

David Gray and Kimmyanne Brown made statements and answered questions.

Ruth Rose-Lizée made a statement.

Committee Business

The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

It was agreed, — That the Library of Parliament analysts be authorized to prepare a draft report outline for the study of the review of the employment insurance program; and that the committee consider the draft outline at its meeting on Thursday, April 22, 2021.

At 5:40 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
