Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Monday, October 19, 2020, the committee commenced its study of the state of the Pacific salmon.

Owen Bird, John Paul Fraser and Phil Young made statements and answered questions.

At 4:33 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:42 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Monday, October 19, 2020, the committee resumed its study of the implementation of Mi’kmaq Treaty Fishing Rights to support a moderate livelihood.

The committee proceeded to give instructions to the analysts for a draft report.

It was agreed, — That members of the committee submit their recommendations to the clerk no later than 5:00 p.m. ET on Friday, December 11, 2020.

At 5:29 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
