Pursuant to the order of reference of Wednesday, February 3, 2021, the committee resumed consideration of Bill C-208, An Act to amend the Income Tax Act (transfer of small business or family farm or fishing corporation).

Scott Ross, Julie Bissonnette, Andre Harpe, and Marcel Groleau made statements and, with Philippe Pagé, Branden Leslie, and Marc St-Roch, answered questions.

At 4:46 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:50 p.m., the sitting resumed.

David Mansfield, Daniel Kelly, Cindy David, Brian Janzen, Peter Braid, and Robyn Young made statements and, with Kevin Wark, answered questions.

Committee Business
The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

It was agreed, — That the committee continue the study of Bill C-208 on Thursday March 11, from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and that the in camera meeting related to the study of Covid-19 spending and programs be held on Tuesday, March 30, 2021.

At 6:27 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
