Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Thursday, October 22, 2020, the committee commenced its study of the vulnerabilities created and exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Conrad Sauvé, Barbara Grantham and Joe Belliveau made statements and, with Maxime Michel, Kelsey Lemon and Jason Nickerson, answered questions.

At 4:31 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:36 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Bob Rae, Mark Lowcock and David Beasley made statements and answered questions.

At 5:31 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
