The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business in camera.

It was agreed, — That the draft report, as amended, be adopted.

It was agreed, — That the report be entitled: "Part 1 of a study of the aftershocks of the covid-19 pandemic
The humanitarian burden: ensuring a global response and reaching the most vulnerable ".

It was agreed, — That the Chair, clerk and analysts be authorized to make such grammatical and editorial changes as may be necessary without changing the substance of the report.

It was agreed, — That dissenting or supplementary opinions be in Calibri 12-point font, left aligned, line spacing of 1.0, and be submitted electronically, in both official languages, to the clerk of the committee, not later than Thursday, February 25, 2021 at 4 p. m.

ORDERED, — That the Chair present the report to the House.

It was agreed, — That, pursuant to Standing Order 109, the committee request that the government table a comprehensive response to the report.

It was agreed, — That the analysts and the clerk, in consultation with the Chair, prepare a news release for publication on the Committee's web site and for distribution upon presentation of the report to the House.

It was agreed, — That the clerk of the committee make the necessary arrangements for a press conference to be held at a date and time to be determined by the Chair in consultation with the clerk; and that the committee be represented by the Chair and a representative from each party.

At 4:42 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:50 p.m., the sitting resumed televised.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Thursday, October 22, 2020, the committee resumed its study of the vulnerabilities created and exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic.

The witnesses made statements and answered questions.

At 5:35 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
