Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the motion adopted by the House on Wednesday, September 23, 2020, and the motion adopted by the committee on Tuesday, October 20, 2020, the committee resumed its study of the impact of COVID-19 on the immigration system.

Denise Amyot, Debbie Douglas and Paul Davidson made statements and, with the Wendy Therrien, answered questions.

At 5:14 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 5:17 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Emmanuelle Bergeron, Jatin Shory, Robert Falconer and Starus Chan made statements and answered questions.

It was agreed, — That due to technical difficulties, witnesses may submit supplemental speaking notes or briefs and that they be appended and published in today’s Evidence.

At 6:18 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
