Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Thursday, February 20, 2020, the committee commenced its study of fraud calls in Canada.

Ian Scott and Eric Slinn made statements and, with Guy Paul Larocque, Steven Harroun and Alain Garneau, answered questions.

At 11:58 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:05 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Jonathan Daniels, Howard Slawner and Jérôme Birot made statements and, with Deborah Evans and John MacKenzie, answered questions.

At 1:00 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
