Committee Business
The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That a proposed budget in the amount of $11,700.00, for the study on certain provisions of the Fair Rail for Grain Farmers Act be adopted.

Navigation Protection Act
Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, September 27, 2016, the Committee resumed its study of the Navigation Protection Act.

An analyst gave a briefing and answered questions.

Canadian Transportation and Logistics Strategy
Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, September 27, 2016, the Committee commenced its study of the Canadian Transportation and Logistics Strategy.

The Committee commenced consideration of a draft discussion document.

At 10:45 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
