Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, September 27, 2016, the Committee resumed its study of the Canadian transportation and logistics strategy.

Danny Dumaresque, Daniel Villeneuve, Francois-Xavier Morency and Adrienne O'Pray, by videoconference from Moncton, New Brunswick, made statements and answered questions.

At 12:04 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:11 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Alain Sans Cartier, Jean Côté and Gaétan Boivin made statements and answered questions.

At 12:53 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:55 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That each party submit their recommendations for the study of the Canadian Transportation and Logistics Strategy, to the Clerk of the Committee, by 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 22, 2019.

It was agreed, — That the Chair send a letter regarding the study of the temporary use in Canada, by Canadians, of American-plated vehicles to the Minister of Transport with a carbon copy to Tom Kmiec, Member of Parliament for Calgary Shepard.

At 1:03 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
