Minutes of Proceedings
The Clerk of the Subcommittee presided over the election of an Acting Chair.
On motion of Arnold Chan, it was agreed, — That David de Burgh Graham be elected Acting Chair for this meeting.
David de Burgh Graham took the Chair.
On motion of Arnold Chan, it was agreed, — That Bill C-324 be designated as a non-votable item.
On motion of Arnold Chan, it was agreed, — That the Chair report the Subcommittee's findings to the Standing Committee on Procedure and House Affairs as soon as possible.
On motion of Arnold Chan, it was agreed, — That the Subcommittee present a report listing those items which it has determined should not be designated non-votable and recommending that they be considered by the House.
At 1:29 p.m., the Subcommittee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
