EVIDENCE

Tuesday, November 15, 2016

[Recorded by Electronic Apparatus]

[English]

We're here today to consider two items, Bill S-211, an act respecting national sickle cell awareness day, and Bill S-217, an act to amend the Criminal Code (detention in custody). We're not going to be considering Bill S-225 today. That will be done at our next meeting.
Madam Chair, we've reviewed these and they're both constitutional and votable, so there are no issues from the government side.
Could we have someone propose that the subcommittee present a report listing those items which it has determined should not be designated non-votable and recommending that they be considered by the House?
    I'll move such a motion.
    Thank you.
    (Motion agreed to)
The Chair: The meeting is adjourned.
