We are beginning the 19th meeting of the Subcommittee on Private Members' Business of the Standing Committee on Procedure and House Affairs. We are in the process of determining non-votable items pursuant to Standing Order 91.1(1).
Do you have the papers with you?
    Yes. Thank you very much.
There are two bills in the chart of items added to the order of precedence: Bill S-243, from Pat Kelly, and Bill S-248, from the Honourable Hedy Fry.
Have you had an opportunity to read them over?
Would someone propose that the subcommittee present a report listing items that should not be designated non-votable and recommending that the House consider them?

[English]

The analysts recommend that everything should be votable. I agree with that. I would propose that.

[Translation]

    I agree.
    Yes, that's great.
    (Motion agreed to)
    Thank you.
    The meeting is adjourned.
