Determination of non-votable items pursuant to Standing Order 91.1(1)
Pursuant to Standing Order 91.1(1), the Subcommittee considered the items placed in the order of precedence to determine whether they were non-votable according to the criteria adopted by the Standing Committee on Procedure and House Affairs

By unanimous consent, it was agreed, — That all items on the order of precedence established on Friday, February 26, 2016, remain votable.

It was agreed, — That the Subcommittee present a report listing those items which it has determined should not be designated non-votable and recommending that they should be considered by the House.

At 8:38 a.m., the Subcommittee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
