The Committee commenced its clause-by-clause study of the Bill.

On Clause 7,John Oliver moved, — That Bill S-233, in Clause 7, be amended, by replacing, in the English version, line 17 on page 4 with the following:

After debate, the question was put on the amendment of John Oliver and it was agreed to.
