Pursuant to the Order of Reference of Monday, March 6, 2017, the Committee resumed consideration of Bill C-23, An Act respecting the preclearance of persons and goods in Canada and the United States.

Joshua Paterson and Meghan McDermott made statements and answered questions.

By unanimous consent and pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the Committee continue to sit until 3:45 p.m.

At 3:46 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:24 p.m., the sitting resumed.

At 4:28 p.m., by unanimous consent and pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the Committee continue to sit for ten minutes.

Alroy Chan made a statement and, with Gordon Miller, answered questions.

At 4:41 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
