Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on February 25, 2016, the Committee resumed its study on Operational Stress Injuries and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder in Public Safety Officers and First Responders.

Zul Merali and Alice Aiken made statements and answered questions.

At 11:50 a.m., Larry Miller took the Chair.

At 11:53 a.m., Robert Oliphant took the Chair.

At 12:04 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:08 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Paul Frewen, by videoconference from London, Ontario, made a statement and, with the other witnesses, answered questions.

On motion of Pam Damoff, it was agreed, — That the Committee wishes to thank the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, the Government Operations Centre, and all the staff for their response in Fort McMurray.

At 12:55 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
