Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Subcommittee on Thursday, February 7, 2019, the Subcommittee resumed its study of recognition of international human rights champions.

Sara Hossain, by videoconference from Dhaka, Bangladesh, Marguerite Barankitse and Teresita Quintos Deles made statements.

At 1:52 p.m., the Subcommittee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
