Pursuant to the motion adopted by the Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs and International Development on February 4, 2016, and the motion adopted by the Subcommittee on Tuesday, April 19, 2016, the Subcommittee resumed a briefing on the human rights situation in Honduras.

André Frenette made a statement and, with David Usher, answered questions.
