The Subcommittee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Subcommittee business.

It was agreed, — That the Subcommittee issue a News Release on the Human Rights Situation in Honduras.

It was agreed, — That a list of study options be prepared from suggestions submitted by Members and that the list be distributed to all Members.

At 1:55 p.m., the Subcommittee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
