Pursuant to Standing Order 107(1), the Subcommittee resumed its study on budget submissions.

It was agreed, — That the Standing Committee on International Trade be granted a travel budget of $222,419.48 to travel to Singapore, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Bangkok, Thailand, in the Winter and Spring of 2018, in relation to its study on Trade Relationship Between Canada and Countries of the Association of South East Asian Nations.

It was agreed, — That the Standing Committee on Environment and Sustainable Development be granted a travel budget of $75,899.65 to travel to Halifax, Nova Scotia, Calgary, Alberta and to Vancouver, British Columbia, in the Winter or Spring of 2018, in relation to its study on Clean Growth and Climate Change in Canada.

It was agreed, — That the Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs and International Development be granted a travel budget of $215,896.74 to travel to Tokyo, Japan, Seoul, South Korea and Manila, Philippines, in the Winter or Spring of 2018, in relation to its study on Canada's Engagement in Asia.

It was agreed, — That the Subcommittee on International Human Rights of the Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs and International Development be granted a travel budget of $40,570.04 to travel to New York, New York, United States of America, in the Winter or Spring of 2018, in relation to its study on Canada’s Global Engagement on Human Rights Issues, Particularly Through the United Nations (UN) and its Agencies.

It was agreed, — That the Standing Committee on Justice and Human Rights be granted a travel budget of $116,171.40 to travel to Halifax, Nova Scotia, Montréal, Quebec, Toronto, Ontario, Edmonton, Alberta and Vancouver, British Columbia, in the Winter or Spring of 2018, in relation to its study on Human Trafficking in Canada.

It was agreed, — That the Standing Committee on Official Languages be granted a travel budget of $87,003.35 to travel to Whitehorse, Yukon, Vancouver, British Columbia, Edmonton, Alberta and Winnipeg, Manitoba, in the Winter or Spring of 2018, in relation to its studies of Access to Early Childhood Services in the Minority Language French and English as a Second-Language Programs.

It was agreed, — That the Standing Committee on Natural Resources be granted a travel budget of $29,946.30 to travel to Toronto, Mississauga, Oshawa and Chalk River, Ontario, in the Winter or Spring of 2018, in relation to its study on Strategic Electricity Inter-ties.

It was agreed, — That the Standing Committee on Finance be granted a supplementary project budget of $29,900.00, in relation to the Pre-Budget Consultations in Advance of the 2018 Budget.
