Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, December 6, 2018, the Committee commenced its study of international best practices for engaging with indigenous communities regarding major energy projects.

Christopher Duschenes, Naina Sloan, Tracy Sletto and Terence Hubbard made statements and, with Robert Steedman and Jeff Labonté, answered questions.

At 5:09 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
