Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, June 14, 2018, the Committee resumed its study of forest pests.

Kim G. Connors, by videoconference from Winnipeg, Manitoba, made a statement and answered questions.

At 11:58 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:05 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Beth McEwen made a statement and, with Jozef Ric, by videoconference from Toronto, Ontario, answered questions.

Patrick Tanguy made a statement and, with Calvin Christianen, answered questions.

It was agreed, — That, notwitstanding any usual practice, the Committee not meet on Thursday, October 25, 2018.

At 1:01 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
